Lumenvo Celebrates Halloween in Spooky Style Once Again

The third time’s a charm!

A virtual Halloween costume showdown is quickly becoming Lumenvo’s annual tradition. And for this year, we pulled out all the stops, from spine-chilling masks to laugh-out-loud and creative looks that make this year our most fun Halloween celebration yet.

The Great Reveal

To build the suspense, we all kept our cameras turned off at the start and revealed our costumes one by one during our morning meeting call. Just like our previous Halloween party, we came prepared with an introduction and shared the inspiration behind our costumes. The creativity was off the charts! Some embraced classic Halloween horror, while others took wild detours into pop culture and puns. Here’s a peek at everyone’s unforgettable looks:

Naz came as the adorable BMO from Adventure Time, wistfully wishing he could stay in cartoon form forever. At the same time, Adele went for a double whammy, blending the eerie look of Sal from Sally Face with the fiery spirit of Merida from Brave, inspired by her two nieces, aged 15 and 4, who have quite the range in taste!

David took creepy to a whole new level by transforming into Pennywise, face paint and all! To up the horror factor, he held a Voodoo Doll in case anyone thought they’d be safe. Ford also went old-school spooky with a simple yet striking Skeleton mask. Classic, creepy, and straight to the point!

Kevin cast his spell as a witch, looking every bit the magical mischief-maker, as Jake and Freyr channeled the slasher spirit, both dressing up as Ghostface from Scream. Double trouble!

Ian was our “Handyman,” claiming he could fix anything, including broken hearts, while Van geared up as a Call of Duty “terrorist,” looking like he stepped straight out of the popular video game!

Febby put her crafting skills on full display as Ferb from Phineas and “Feb,” nailing every detail down to his unmistakable green hair, as Sho nailed her Wednesday Addams look with dark and moody perfection. And for the ultimate touch, she brought along her cat, Thursday Addams, wearing Thing on its head!

Nona showed off her creative genius as “Nonanouie,” a localized version of Ratatouille, with “Doding Daga” (her spin on Remy) on her head. Meanwhile, Dianne took “cereal killer” literally, showing up splattered in “blood” and covered in mini cereal boxes. Talk about killer breakfast vibes!

And the Winner Is…

After everyone had revealed their costumes, it was time for the ultimate showdown. We voted for the best Halloween costume, and while it was a close race between Dianne’s “Cereal Killer” and Febby’s masterfully crafted “Ferb,” Dianne ultimately took home the title, edging out Febby by just three votes. But on top of bragging rights, she also earned a free pass from hosting the daily morning calls for the rest of the year. Well done, Dianne!

The Countdown to Halloween 2025 Begins

With this year’s costume contest officially in the books, we’re already looking forward to next Halloween. And if the creativity on display this year is any indicator, next year’s looks are bound to be even more over the top: fiercer, funnier, and frightfully fantastic. Can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!

You, too, can dress up as anything you want! Head over to our Careers page and see if you could be part of our team and in time for the next Halloween costume party. See you!
