Lumenvo at ILDA 2025: Stronger Partnerships & Ideas in Tucson

Conversations, collaborations, and warm Tucson smiles.

Lumenvo has once again proudly joined the annual ILDA Fall Meeting. This year’s gathering took place at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona, amidst the stunning desert landscapes, providing a perfect venue for the ideal blend of business and camaraderie.

David, our president, was joined this time by Febby, our VP for Marketing, and Adele, our VP for Marketing Communications. Together, the trio brought the Lumenvo spirit to every conversation with our friends, clients, and future partners, highlighting creativity, connection, and collaboration.

Building Connections and Strengthening Partnerships

One of the highlights of the ILDA Fall Meeting has always been the opportunity to connect face-to-face with our valued partners and industry partners. The Lumenvo team spent time exploring ILDA’s vendor booths, taking photos of products carried by our clients, meeting representatives from various lab equipment and supply manufacturers, and collecting fun merchandise.

Beyond the friendly conversations and handshakes, this year’s meeting was marked by numerous meaningful discussions. David, Febby, and Adele sat down with several partners from Sterlitech, BEING Scientific, GenLab, and Taylor Scientific to discuss future campaigns and present Lumenvo AI, our newest AI-powered marketing and sales tool. They also had a quick meeting with JeioTech to discuss potential campaigns Lumenvo can develop for JeioTech in the future.

Turning Networking into a Fun Experience

This year’s lineup of activities has proven yet again that ILDA meetings are not just about business. David joined the golf outing at the Ventana Golf & Racquet Club, an event dedicated to raising funds for Ben’s Bells, a local program that aims to spread kindness both locally and worldwide.

At the same time, Febby and Adele went with other ILDA members on the Sabino Canyon Crawler tour, taking in views of rugged cliffs, flowing creeks, and desert flora while riding an open-air shuttle. Later that night, they mingled with members and clients over great food and conversation during the welcome dinner at Loew’s Cascade Terraces.

Before the 3-day event came to a close, the Lumenvo team, along with other participants, traveled to the Pima Air & Space Museum, which houses more than 400 historic aircraft, including vintage warplanes and modern jets. They toured the hangars and open-air exhibits, then capped the evening with a tasteful dinner at the museum’s restaurant, Flight Grill.
