Lumenvo at ILDA 2022: Handshakes, Drinks & Opportunities

We had a blast in Las Vegas, meeting clients and friends during the largest-ever ILDA Fall Meeting. And we are ready to do everything again in a heartbeat!

Short for Independent Laboratory Distributors Association, ILDA held its Fall Meeting this year at the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas. It kicked off the annual event on the morning of October 15 with a golf outing before venturing into a foray of sessions, talks, and networking opportunities over free-flowing drinks and even a mock casino night.

Sit tight as we give you a quick rundown of how our three-day stay in Vegas for the ILDA Fall Meeting is one of the best highlights of our year.

Meeting Clients Beyond the Screen

The past couple of years has been a challenge, all thanks to the pandemic. But COVID proved that ecommerce is an industry that is hard to topple. And since then, we, limited by the four corners of our screen, have been communicating with our clients virtually. That is why meeting them in person, shaking their hands, and sharing laughs is a change of scenery.

On the ground were the pillars of Lumenvo–David, our president; Febby, our vice president for marketing; and Adele, our vice president for marketing communications. They enthusiastically discussed 2023 plans with our dear clients and did not pass up on the opportunity to pose and beam their smiles for the camera.

The triumvirate also met with other ILDA members and discussed the arsenal of winning custom-fit strategies and services Lumenvo can offer to their business.

Unveiling ILDA Website’s New Features

Besides catching up with existing and potential clients, David, Febby, and Adele also took the stage to present the new features of the ILDA website.

Lumenvo had the pleasure of working on ILDA’s website from its design to its development, improving the homepage, header and footer sections, and key pages, including Meetings & Events, Forum, About ILDA, and more.

It gives us pride and joy to finally share these improvements and showcase the product of the hard work, skills, and creativity of Lumenvo.

City of Lights, Smiles, and Memories

One of the best things about going to business events like ILDA’s, besides touching base with clients and representatives from the lab supplies and equipment industry, is free-flowing food and drinks. From serving savory meals to sweet treats complemented by all the drinks you can imagine, the organizers knew how to keep everyone satisfied.

Even better, Monday night embodied the essence of Las Vegas as it turned into an evening of roulette, blackjack, and craps. But for everyone’s safety, the mock casino night, as its name implies, lets you experience the fun and thrill of trying your luck without using real money.

The ILDA Fall Meeting is one for the books, and we can’t wait for more opportunities like this!
